Nicole Maroe has been a licensed Realtor in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada for over 20 years. After being born and raised in Southern Indiana, Nicole then attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and received her B.F.A. Before becoming a realtor, she had a direct mail publication. Her advertising, graphic design and marketing background help her in promoting your listing.

A Las Vegas resident since 1998. Nicole enjoys her daily walks with her Goldendoodle Jazz, in the Garden Park in Summerlin. She also enjoys hiking in Red Rock Canyon during the winter and Mount Charleston in the summer. Nicole is patron of the Smith Center for performing arts, looks forward to attending the First Friday Art Events and The Bellagio Fine Arts Gallery. Nicole has a seventeen-year-old son, raised in Las Vegas, this makes her an expert on the school and activities for children in the community. She and her husband love sharing a world class dining experience on the Strip and of course attending Golden Knights and Raiders games.
