I was offered a job in FL and had to move pretty quickly to start my position so by the time I listed my home in NJ I was not even living there- however thank God Nicole was my realtor- she went above and beyond and handled everything to get my house listed and sold in record time. There was no obstacle she could not solved in order to move my home to closing - while remaining professional and positive. Beyond that she is a great person who I now consider a friend. I highly recommend Nicole!!

Nicole was our realtor for both the purchase and sale of our homes. We began our search during the craziness of the pandemic. There were many times where I felt hopeless and thought we would never find a home, but Nicole never had any doubt and was always so positive and reassuring that we would find our dream home. After 1.5 years of searching we finally did! She was extremely patient and one of the best things about her is that she makes herself available 24/7 to her clients and is highly responsive which is so important in this market. Additionally, the people she has on her team (mortgage officers, inspectors, lawyers, etc) are amazing. My home buying process moved swiftly and efficiently because Nicole has all the best people on her team! Nicole also made the process of selling our home just as easy. Our home sold in 3 days for over asking and Nicole and her team ensured to take care of all the details to lift that burden off of my husband and I. It was a pleasure working with Nicole the past year and a half. I highly recommend Nicole as a realtor - you will not be disappointed! In the event we decide to purchase any additional properties in the future, we will be working with Nicole again!

Nicole was awesome. She’s available 24/7, very enthusiastic, very knowledgeable, and very connected. No matter what we needed done even after the sale was done, she knew someone and they were awesome too. Painter, electrician, inspector, chimney guys, etc…. Going into buying our first home, we were nervous to say the least. What if we couldn’t find anything in our price range? What if it took a year or more?! With Nicole, with no exaggeration, we found a great first home and got it for almost $15,000 LESS than asking price and we weren’t even aggressively looking at the time! IN THIS MARKET! Nicole was great to work with and she always went above and beyond for us. She knows her stuff in real estate and we trust her 100%. We definitely felt in safe hands. Would absolutely use her again if we were to buy another house in the future.

I normally don't do these types of reviews, but my experience with Nicole, was just too good not to brag! Nicole literally made was should have been an aggrevating process to be anything but that!

Nicole recently helped me sell my old home and find my forever home and she made this daunting process seem like a walk in the park. Nicole was always kind and professional, helped me with all of my questions big or small (some were quite dumb), she worked around my work schedule and was available literally 24/7 for anything I needed! In addition to all of Nicole's experience, she also know all the best in the business and made sure every single person involved took care of me, as good as Nicole did! My nerves were shot making this big more and Nicole was always there to calm me and assure me everything would work out perfect (AND IT DID) The only thing she didn't do was help me pack and unpack (and I bet she would have, if I asked🤣)

If I could go back in time, would I pick Nicole as our realtor again? Yes. Yes. A million times YES. We just closed on our first house and cannot express how much we recommend using Nicole.

At the beginning of our homebuying journey we had vetted a few realtors beforehand. Other realtors we spoke to programmed our wants/budget into their system and were just sending us automated e-mails of listings that fit those parameters (which felt like something we could have set up on our own…) We went with Nicole because we loved how personalized she made the process, she really does make you feel like you are her only client. We had a group text going where she would send us the listings that actually fit what we were looking for and it allowed us to keep an open conversation with her about all the questions we had as first time home buyers.

A surprise bonus was that Nicole actually flips homes in her spare time and is extremely knowledgeable at what is required to make certain updates in the home so she was able to provide rough cost estimates (on adding an extra bath, new flooring, etc) which proved to be tremendously helpful as we started looking at fixer uppers.

She made the process as smooth as could be, but there are always circumstances that are out of your control…. Which brings me to the grand finale of Nicole’s awesomeness on closing day. During our walk-through just hours before closing we entered our soon-to-be home to find 70% of the seller’s belongings were still there. Without skipping a beat Nicole took control of the situation and assured us we would get everything out in time for closing. In a pair of nice sandals and in the pouring rain, she helped us move out an entire house within hours. It certainly was a day to remember lol and it forever solidified Nicole’s title in my book as #1 realtor of all time.
