I will start by saying that Miss Russo or as my family calls her Nikki, that I haven't been involved in a real-estate sale before and you can only imagine some of the highs and lows and surprise difficulties you go through.However let me say my case is no different we have gone through everything and all with Nikki beside us and lifting us up to the challenges. Nikki is the most loving and genuinely caring person and it's in her hard work that she shines.She is always there for questions and helps find the answers.Nikki is very knowledgeable and continues to learn daily on how to help people.She is a winner for the people. When we starting talking about relocating from NJ to SC, the key to our success was a realtor who knew the area. Not only did I find one who was knowledgeable of the SC area we were seeking, she also knew the university our son will be attending in SC and she grew up less than 30 minutes from where we lived in NJ! We hit the jackpot for sure with her. We came down to see some properties in person but didn't find our dream home on that visit. When we had to go back, she continued to go to listings and took videos for us to view in NJ. I am happy to say my family and I live in our dream home we bought knowing our home from a video. She took the time to get to know us and guided us in our journey. Went above and beyond!

I had been looking to relocate from Vermont to SOuth Carolina for the past six or seven months. I would highly recommend my agent, Nikki Russo to anyone looking in this area. She is very professional, quickly responded to any silly questions I might have and stuck with me until I found just what I wanted. She helped me find a lawyer and loan company down there, and I was able to do the entire transaction on line. She even came a day early on a SUnday to give me the key to my condo and answer any additional questions I might have. 5 star - highly recommend her to anyone!

I can't even believe it's taken me this long to write a review about Nikki. I can not even stress enough what an amazing realtor she is. She is professional, trustworthy, and a straight shooter all of that on top of the fact that she is an exceptionally hard worker. There is no way you could possibly lose having Nikki in your corner.

We bought a house with her last Summer and are looking for another property currently. There are not enough wonderful adjectives to describe Nikki as a person and as an ally on your team when you're in the crazy throws of purchasing a home. We have recommended her to family and anyone who ever mentions looking into buying or selling homes.

Even in between buying and looking Nikki stays in touch, she is truly invested in her clients and it's not just in the artificial while they're in front of her kind of way.

She goes above and beyond to find you what you're looking for along with all of the information you could ever need to make an educated purchase. I just can't emphasize enough how fantastic it is working with her!
