About Nicole
Nicole Orringer became an expert in her local real estate market through decades of experience. Today, she gets to use that hard-won knowledge to help her clients and the Nicole Orringer Team! She is thrilled to work alongside some of the best Realtors in the area. Together they help those looking to buy or sell a home achieve their goals.
Nicole moved to the Raleigh/Clayton area in 1983 and graduated from NC State University with a degree in Business Management in 1989. Nicole with her husband, David, owned a successful, Clayton-based corporate event business for many years. After they made the decision to sell the company, she made the switch to real estate in 2007 – just before the market crashed! She believes she was able to survive the Great Recession thanks to her strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and integrity. People remember how they are treated. The real estate market is now booming, and these qualities are more important than ever.
As an active member of the community, Nicole believes in giving back and staying local! Some of the local organizations she volunteers with/donate to are HTR Agents for Animal Rescue, Generation Church, The Archway Foundation, and Johnston County Guardian ad Litem. She is also a member of the Clayton Chamber of Commerce, Clayton Women in Networking, JC Realtors Top Producers Council, and she served as the Treasurer and board member of the Johnston County Association of Realtors.
Family is especially important to her. David and Nicole have two daughters who live out of state. Since their girls are now on their own, they have turned their focus and attention on their two dogs, Sammie, and Charlie!
