These interests were instilled in her at a young age, as her parents both worked in the home industry and inspired her to obtain her California real estate license in 2005. Today, with over 15 years of experience in the field, Nicole still gets an adrenaline rush with each accepted offer she facilitates.

While Nicole was born and raised in Sonoma County, California, she has lived in the Sacramento area for nearly three decades. She is an expert in the local market, and her stellar reputation allows her to sell homes throughout the entire Greater Sacramento area, including Placer and El Dorado counties. She works through referrals, and her clientele includes all demographics of buyers, sellers, and investors.

Nicole’s service to her clients goes beyond traditional negotiations, industry knowledge, and market analysis experience. She also has a passion for design, so much so that she taught classes at the Pottery Barn Design Studio for 10 years before opening and running her own staging company. These skills further set her apart from other agents, as her design knowledge allows her to effectively stage homes before sale, leaving a lasting impression on potential buyers.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her three children, who keep her active within her community. She loves practicing yoga, boating, and gardening. Her perfect afternoon would involve hanging out at the beach with the latest home design books and magazines.
