Nicole Piccola

Native Texan Nicole Piccola was born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. As a real estate agent and broker associate, she has a passion for helping clients with all their buying, selling, and leasing needs. Becoming licensed in 2008, Nicole entered the world of real estate at the age of 19. Since then, she has finely curated her personal knowledge of the area with her adept researching skills to find the perfect home for each of her clients; Texans and out of state clients alike.

Nicole is a true real estate “consultant” who is all about balance. She is an empath who has a knack for seeing the experience through the eyes and hearts of her clients. Married to a builder, and having personally taken on numerous renovations, Nicole is well versed in both new construction and remodels. She and her husband invest in fixer uppers and even involve their children in the work when they can. They are hoping their children will organically inherit a love of real estate and gain an appreciation for investing money and sweat equity into what they do. Learning through their own renovation mistakes and hardships gives Nicole a unique skillset to assist sellers with remodeling needs beyond a typical transaction. She is happy to share her extensive list of contractors and service companies/individuals she has vetted.

Nicole and her family currently live in Richardson, and love living in such a family-driven community.
