Nicole was our agent for our home purchase, in which we were both first-time home buyers. She was very responsive to our needs in a home, and was upfront about what to expect from the process and gave us up-to-date information and expectations in regards to the market. What was particularly helpful in our search were the tools she provided to search for homes based on the particular location we were looking in, in real time. Nicole was also quick to arrange a showing for any property we wanted to view.

When we found the house we ended up purchasing, she quickly placed our offer and successfully guided us through the process of negotiating with the owners against multiple competitive offers. Once we were under contract we were kept up-to-date up until closing day. We were completely prepared for closing and knew going in all the details, so no surprises were present.

Overall, Nicole did an outstanding job for us and we are very happy in our new home.

Nicole is a phenomenal individual. She goes above an beyond for her clients. I remember when I started looking for houses, she brought my vision to life unfortunately I had to put my house hunting on pause for about a year and Nicole stayed by side nonetheless. She kept me in the loop with what's on the market and reassured me that when it was time again everything will be ok. She felt like family to me. Her work ethics is beyond amazing. I am truly grateful to have met someone like her. I would reccomend her 1000% that's how confident I am in her work.

I was lucky enough to work with Nicole on a house sale last year. She was knowledgeable and honest throughout the entire process and always had the buyers best interest in mind. There were a few minor inspection issues that came up and Nicole was quick to respond and get them resolved. I highly recommend working with Nicole!

I was in a time crunch to move in somewhere and Nicole was exactly what I needed! She constantly kept me up to date with what was available and within my price range, and when I say constant I mean daily.
