Nicki has been amazing in helping me with my first home purchase. I found her after leaving a "big dog" real estate agent that wasn't giving me the time of day. What really sets her apart is her great communication and persistence in finding you what you're looking for. I know that I was a high maintenance client and yet I was often surprised how quickly she would respond to my communications. She was very knowledgeable about neighborhoods/builders/resale value/etc and has everyone on speed dial. When houses are selling as quickly as they currently are, it's nice to get an immediate answer to a question, instead of having to wait for the next business day. I can't recommend her enough!

Nicki is a realtor who actually listens l! I put my whole faith in her and she delivered, we now are happily living by the beach and the process was made worry free by Nicki!

If you want a realtor that goes above and beyond look no further. We needed to move ASAP like within a week, and Nicky took it on as her personal mission. She even found ways around us getting our deposit to the company within 24 hours in certified funds when we were out of state. The market is super hot right now and she will make this as stress free as possible. We will be using her again to buy in the future.
