Not sure Nicole knew what she was in for when we first contacted her. There were a lot of moving parts that went along with her finding my family and I a home. She worked tirelessly to help us buy a house. She was always very responsive, and answered every question that we had very quickly no matter what time day or night. She made a very stressful situation not so stressful. Nicole always made us feel very comfortable and informed. I cannot recommend her enough!

Nicole is excellent. First and foremost, she takes care of her clients, always putting them first. She is available 24/7 and actually picks up her phone when you call. He is aggressive but fair and always looks at transactions with an eye to what makes the most common sense. Nicole is a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her. I have been buying and selling homes for a long time and have worked with a lot of agents. She is hands down the best and I will only be working with her going forward.

I retained Nicole's services to sell my Suisun City home. She did extensive research in compiling comps and developed a pricing point strategy that would hit via internet searches with buyers in multiple price ranges. She employed a professional photographer and certified stager to prepare my property for the first open house, and was involved in every detail. She ran notices in multiple papers (including the Air Force Base) and the first open house had over 25 unique visitors. She wisely set a date to submit offers that was five days after it went on the market, and we ended up with twelve offers, all but one above asking. She advised me diligently on how to evaluate the offers on multiple levels, on countering specific terms to my advantage, on how to position back up offers, and was always thinking ahead. The escrow was rocky due to some complications in the buyer's financing, but Nicole was actively involved every step of the way, keeping me informed of the status, contacting the underwriter herself when necessary, and staying on top of contingency deadlines. She went the extra mile in every regard, whether it was meeting the appraiser with her own comps, copies of our over-asking offers, and pointing out every single upgrade to get the most out of the appraisal, or helping me understand the pest report and even getting me a less expensive quote from a contractor she works with. Nicole seemed to be the driving force behind keeping the escrow on track and was essentially managing every issue that came up. Perhaps most importantly, I told Nicole at the beginning that I have a lot of stress and anxiety around moving, and that I was most concerned about preserving my emotional health throughout the process. Nicole respected this concern and did everything she could to help protect me from the trials and tribulations that inevitably accompany real estate sales, so that I could focus on keeping my mental health stable throughout the process. Nicole is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, dedicated, thorough, and takes her job very seriously. She is a true professional. She promptly returned every phone call, email, or text, and patiently answered my endless questions. Her extensive knowledge of FHA and VA loan requirements was very valuable. Her performance exceeded my expectations and I enthusiastically recommend her without reservation.

What we love most about Nicole is her honesty and open communication. We have bought and sold several homes over our lifetime and worked with several agents and Nicole impressed us more than any other agent we've ever dealt with. She is extremely knowledgable in all areas of real estate, she even helped us understand how our loan was going to work after our bank confused us. She is a true professional and I wish all real estate agents had as much integrity and knowledge.

Nicole recently helped us sell our home in Green Valley. She was incredibly professional, personable, responsive and knowledgable from the very first phone call and throughout the entire process. We worked with Nicole remotely from San Diego. We had been renting the house out for a few years and decided it was time to sell it. She went above and beyond to help us with coordinating important details from a distance; ie. scheduling carpet cleaning, landscaping, staging the place to make it show better, as well as helping with some loose ends after closing that I'm sure are not part of her job description. She saved us the inconvenience and cost of having to make trips up to deal with little things. Another very notable thing she did to help us close was that she got a comparison quote for roof work that came up in an inspection after we were in escrow. Seriously, this could have been a deal breaker of selling the home. Nicole's a true professional and talented realtor.
