Nicole Vasquez

Niki fell in love with Colorado as a kid. Born and raised in West Texas, her ski trips with her family around Colorado were what she looked forward to the most each year. Unfortunately, her father passed away unexpectedly in 2013 and left behind what would later become the real estate investment company she manages and co-owns. She developed a love for commercial real estate while negotiating leases for the properties left behind by him. She now
specializes in commercial real estate and her expertise and market knowledge truly excel in industrial, office, retail and multi-family properties. Niki uses this knowledge and experience to help other agents aspiring to transition into commercial real estate and coach them however she can.
She now calls Colorado Springs her home and lives there with her husband and
daughter. Snowboarding, sledding and hiking are some of the few things she
enjoys doing in this beautiful state. One thing she has learned is that success
is not measured through figures, achievements, or awards but rather
through the satisfaction of her clients. She will work relentlessly on her clients'
behalf to help them achieve their business and real estate goals and she takes
great pride in the relationships she has built through the years.
