Nicole Vautrain

Nicole Vautrain, an agent in the Osterville office, started her residential real estate career in Osterville in 1986. She has extensive knowledge of the mid-Cape area, where she has lived for over 32 years. Both buyers and sellers benefit from her enthusiasm, commitment to each and every client, friendly, personable approach and marketing and organizational skills.

Nicole is active in the local community having served as President of Cape Cod Academy Parents Association and as a volunteer at several organizations including the long range planning committee for the Osterville Village Library, St. Joseph's House, Salvation Army, and various veteran’s groups. She is a member of St. Peter's Church in Osterville. Real estate affiliations include: Cape and Islands Multiple Listing Service, Cape and Islands Association of Realtors, MLS Property Information Network (off-Cape) and the National Association of Realtors.

Originally from Duxbury, MA, Nicole is a graduate of Babson College. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her three grown children and pets as well as daily four mile walks through the village, reading, swimming, current events, museums, and domestic and international travel.
