Nicole Whitaker

As a licensed Realtor for over 17 years, Coco has successfully represented both buyers and sellers and also worked alongside agents as a Transaction Coordinator & Listing Coordinator for many of the top Realty One Group Agents and teams in Maricopa County.

Her main goal as an agent is to provide the absolute best professional service to her clients with one of life's most exciting and stressful experiences- buying/selling a home. She believes buyers and sellers deserve an agent who is 100% dedicated to their best interest and feels she brings experience, accountability, and genuine care every step of the way through all transactions.

Behind the scenes of Real Estate, Coco is married to Randy Whitaker (with Castle & Cooke Mortgage), and they have three daughters. They live in North Phoenix in Aviano at Desert Ridge. Her two oldest attend Arizona State University and youngest is at Pinnacle High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from NAU and thoroughly enjoyed the years she spent in the classroom.

Through her personal experiences she has developed strong interpersonal skills. She is an expert at multitasking and have a genuine sense of respect and care for people. She is eager to continue strengthening and building her knowledge in this ever-changing industry of Real Estate.
