Nicolette is a proud Louisiana native and refers to Lansdowne, Virginia as her “home away from home”, as she met her husband here and selected Lansdowne On The Potomac as her community of choice to raise her two daughters. Nicolette spent eight years in various political positions ranging from The White House, The United States Senate as well as The Department of Labor providing project management and logistical support. She is a dedicated member in her community and have previously held committee positions as a past board member with the Lansdowne on The Potomac - Activities Committee and now serving as President of the PTA at Seldens Landing Elementary School. Nicolette began her career in real estate shortly after Hurricane Katrina flattened a large portion of Louisiana and left many families in her home state homeless overnight and the availability of rental homes were non-existent within days. By providing blueprints of starter home designs with a local builder in Louisiana, Nicolette and her husband purchased multiple single family homes and embarked on a new residential rental home business solely designed to provide exceptional customer service and aimed to ease the housing transition for families during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina or any family relocating to the area for temporary employment. Nicolette is aware that superior service for every client is extremely important to build strong relationships within the real estate industry through honesty and loyalty, two principles she upholds on a daily basis in her personal life and her career. Nicolette will provide energy and passion to shine through her work, as she thrives on being well organized and responsive to earn and maintain her clients’ success. Nicolette’s experience includes working with professional athletes assistance with finding homes in the area to rent or buy during their season, government (political appointees) and providing employee relocation packages for Information Technology (IT), companies in the process of expanding employment opportunities within Virginia.
