Nikki has been a longtime resident of Baltimore County. She joined the Joe Bird Team in 2020, and together, they continue to thrive while providing exceptional service to their clients. Nikki specializes in residential real estate, serving clients in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County, and Harford County. As both a Listing Agent and Buyer’s Agent, she understands the priorities of both sellers and buyers, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction for all parties.
As a Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), Nikki takes pride in her strong communication skills, working closely with her clients and collaborating effectively with other realtors to achieve the best results.
Nikki earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Towson University. Before transitioning to real estate, she built a strong foundation in the restaurant and customer service industries, where she developed her passion for working with people. She thrives on building and maintaining meaningful relationships, ensuring her clients receive exceptional support through every stage of their real estate journey.
