Nikki White

Nikki started her real estate career after earning her real estate license in the spring of 2014 while also attending Ferris State University for her Bachelor degree in Business Administration. Originally starting out in the residential sector, she assisted clients with the buying and selling of existing properties, new construction, and vacant land. She started to transition into property management in 2018, working for Trinity Health, managing commercial/medical ambulatory buildings and leases. During that role, she maintained their regional portfolio management database of 250+ leases, including processing of over $1.5 million in monthly rents. She then went on to become the owner of White Haven Properties where she assisted clients in the management of both short-term and long-term rental properties with a high success rate in local vacation rentals. Nikki joined the property management team at NAI Wisinski in June of 2022. Her current portfolio primarily consists of office and retail properties, including several national franchise tenants.

With the desire to advance her education and best serve her company, clients, and the properties she manages, Nikki earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in March of 2023 through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). This designation is an esteemed capstone in the industry, indicating a high level of knowledge, competency, and integrity. “I take great pride in the work I do and ensuring that the individual goals of each clients’ investments are met.”

Outside of her professional life, Nikki’s favorite things to do include spending time with her 2 boys, reading, nights on the patio with friends, and traveling.
