As a first time homebuyer Niko made the process very simple. He walked me through the process and directed me to the appropriate people who were amazing to work with as well. Even after the closing Niko has still been a major support and has given me the same respect and quick response that he did before it.
As a person that works full-time during the day it was most appreciated that Niko was always available to accommodate my availability.
Highly recommend!!!

Niko was very helpful throughout the entire process. Anytime I would have a question or concern he would answer in a timely manner even on the weekend. Niko was great! He worked with our tight schedule to view all the houses we were interested in. He didn’t rush us and gave us all the information we asked about the houses with no delay. Even though we didn’t end up buying a house, when we are in the market again niko will be the person we call.
