Nikolaus grew up in Southern California and started his professional life at the early age of 7, mowing lawns, washing windows, and selling sports cards in his neighborhood. He got involved in real estate when he was 19 and continues to grow and rise to the top of his profession. He has always loved the dynamics of real estate, whether it be the beauty of raw land or the curves of a building. He has worked in every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, and investors. Nikolaus is completely involved in every transaction, from the first phone call all the way to the closing table.
Nikolaus is a family man with a devotion to his beautiful three children. An athlete by nature enjoys extreme snowboarding in the backcountry of Alaska, running Alaska mountains, and surfing in the resurrection bay in Seward. He enjoys cooking for his family and friends and clients. Nikolaus has been trained by Les Brown and has been active in traveling to multiple courses for business and personal development put on by Tom Ferry & Tony Robbins.
