Nik is a fantastic realtor!! We got the best home, just right for me and my family through him and his team. He is very professional by clearly understanding our needs and gave us a superb experience in buying our first home. His straight forward inputs, to each of our questions helped us make good decisions on the value, condition and future of each home we shortlisted, in possibly the most difficult housing market(Q1/Q2 of 2022) for a buyer. I highly recommend Nik for his insight in giving the customer the right information ( price, contract, steps, interior, exterior, improvements, maintenance, process, you name it) on buying a home. It was a pleasure working with an industry veteran like Nik. I am a first time home owner and my experience with him was educative and Nik took me to good listings in good areas. When I made an offer for the listing, his estimate for the property was perfect and the appraised value was the same. He also negotiated well on my behalf with the sellers realtor. Overall the home buying experience with Nik was a cake walk and it was quick. A great realtor to buy and sell homes. Thank you very much Nik. Will definitely work with him in the future.

The best part about him is his genuine knack for helping out his customers and he is always available to answer any and all the questions you might have related to the process . He was available 24*7 ,super responsive and is very knowledgeable . I was a first time homebuyer and Nik made sure I understood all the little details about home buying process and gave me a big picture of the real estate world also he was on top of all the parties involved in the transaction to make sure that I am able to close on my new home in a record 27 days ( which was phenomenal!). If he is unable to answer a question, then he finds out the answer in a very reasonable amount of time. He knew the market, he was knowledgeable about improvements to make to earn a higher asking price, he was motivated and eager to market my house for sale. The house was on the market for 5 days!!
