Ninh moved to New Orleans after Katrina to co-found a charter school in Tremé, serving as its Chief Operations Officer. This experience taught him the importance of respecting and appreciating New Orleans’ communities, cultures, and history. With a finance degree from Boston University and advanced degrees in psychology from The University of Pennsylvania, Ninh is especially skilled at communication, coordination, and follow-through during the entire course of the home buying process, and he prides himself on being a valued resource to his clients after the sale, as well.
Clients appreciate Ninh's honesty and trustworthiness. In one instance, his clients liked three properties equally and asked him to suggest which one they should buy. When he recommended the least expensive, they were flabbergasted that he placed greater importance on their needs and satisfaction vs. his commission.
In his first year as an agent, he was a multi-million dollar producer, with a 90% customer retention rate and the majority of his business coming through referrals from happy clients.
Fluent in Vietnamese, Ninh loves international travel. He plays tennis and is actively involved in Halloween New Orleans, a non-profit charity that raises money for Project Lazarus.
