Niraj Parikh

Niraj’s passion for real estate and love for New Jersey are a perfect match. Fresh out of Rutgers in 2016, he earned his license and began his career full-time in real estate. Over the years, he has closed hundreds of residential deals, helping families sell their homes quickly and guiding buyers to find their perfect place in New Jersey. As his journey evolved, Niraj discovered a passion for working with investors, which led him to transition into commercial real estate, where he now helps clients identify opportunities and build long-term wealth. In addition to serving his clients, Niraj has built an organization and partnered with many agents at Real Broker, mentoring and collaborating with them to grow their own businesses. His commitment remains rooted in serving the New Jersey community while building lasting relationships with both clients and fellow agents.
