Highly Recommended Realtor !! We were out of state buyer and still he managed to provide us very smooth experience of buying our first home. As a first time home buyer we have ton of queries regarding each process and he patiently answered each of them. I am so fortunate to have found Nirmit Parekh when searching for my dream home. As my realtor, he made the whole buying process seamless; from finding the right house in the right neighborhood and for the right price. He has answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. He was once out of the country on vacation, and I wanted to put an offer on a house. I connected with him and within 4 hours or so, he had done all the research and submitted an offer before the deadline. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethics are much respected and appreciated. Not once did I feel that he was just trying to sell me a house,, but a mentor who guided me every step of the way.

You need a realtor who would pitch for you with negotiation and post contract services with the seller and Nirmit did all of that with and even went above and beyond for us while making a purchase.
At times I could not make it to the site but Nirmit showed up and took care of the matter. And even helped Seller realtor to have the seamless property purchase.
