Nisha Smith

Nisha is coming from a real estate family background. Buying and selling homes have become a passion of hers. Her father facilitated the selling of and purchasing of real estate her entire life. She has benefited from his success by having the opportunity to be around and witness the real estate process from a very young age. Nisha’s father was very passionate about helping people sell and buy their dream properties and she inherited that from him.

Nisha earned her Masters's Degree in Business and also was fortunate enough to serve in the United States Army as a Construction Engineer. Her time in the army as an engineer and her higher education has given her valuable insight on how to utilize her skills and serve both the military population as well as the civilian population.

Her husband and son are her strongest pillar. Being a mom and military wife has taught Nisha patience and to deal with unexpected situations as most of us experience. She is a military veteran, the wife of a military firefighter, a mother, an advisor, and an investor; all of these different roles bring the best out of her to serve, advice, and support you with your biggest investment when you buy or sell a home.
