Niya Davis

Niya Davis is a Baltimore, MD native and is no doubt a local area expert. Niya is the Team Leader of the Navigation Home Team at Harris Hawkins and Co. She is a proud member of the Greater Baltimore Women's Council of REALTORS® (WCR), Young Professionals Network (YPN), and the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® (GBBR). She has an established 9-year career in the housing industry. Niya holds an undergraduate degree in Human Services Administration from the University of Baltimore, where she fueled her passion for helping others, healthy relationship building, and client advocacy. She also has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, where she is trained to negotiate in the best interest of her clients.

Niya prides herself on being an organized, responsive, and reliable problem solver, with hustle and tenacity. She happily works tirelessly, day in and day out, making the home buying and selling experience enjoyable! Niya’s goal is to assist individuals and families achieve life goals through real estate and financial literacy, using the latest technology and innovative strategies, all while exuding honesty, integrity, and providing exemplary customer service. Niya strives to build and sustain long-lasting relationships with everyone she meets. Though Niya works hard, for fun she likes to play volleyball, cook, volunteer, travel, and spend quality time with her family. Niya also enjoys giving back to the community, volunteering twice a month at her old high school, Baltimore Polytechnic Institute High School, coaching young middle and high school girls to play volleyball.
