Working with Niya made my search less stressful. She's very responsive throughoutand never lost patience. I asked a lot of questions and she took the time to provide the answers and more. It was nice to have someone professional who knows the market and the areas. It helped because it didn't feel like I was endless searching or being shown houses outside my specifications. It's like she knew what I wanted and more just from the information I gave her during my first meeting with her. If you want an agent who knows what their doing, I recommend Niya. You'll be well served and looked after.

I was very impressed with Niya Hicken’s work. She was very professional, kind, and willing to push through any obstacles when we needed her too. We have worked with other realtors who don’t take their job seriously, but Ms. Hicken exceeded my standards. I love our new home and I’m proud to say it was because of her.

As you know buying a home is a very stressful process not to mention trying to find the right realtor! Lucky I came across Niya! She made me feel so at ease. She really listened to what I wanted and needed for my family. Niya lifted all the stress off of my shoulder. She took her time with me and answered all of the questions I had. I highly recommend her!
