Noah Volkman

Noah was born and raised in Colorado, with a family background in real estate transactions, construction, finance, and development. He graduated CU Boulder in 2018, earning a B.S.B.A. in Finance and a Real Estate Certificate, going on to join Ski Town Commercial shortly thereafter in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. He has experience working in the self-storage and ‘fix & flip’ industries, from manual labor to asset management, to financial due diligence leading up to sale/ acquisition, as well as some construction experience. He is specifically interested in value-add investing, building reliable long-term cash-flows, construction management, historical preservation, and supporting strong and sustainable communities.

Noah also started Jefferson Properties LLC, a proprietary real estate management company. He is seeking professional growth, quality relationships and hands-on experience in all facets of the industry. He obtained his Colorado Broker’s License in 2018 and is in pursuit of obtaining CCIM credentials.
