Noble is professional, educational and a down right great person. He worked with my husband and I while we were looking for our first home. It took my husband and I a couple of years to get into the right place for a home but in that time Noble stuck with us and checked in with us to make sure that we always knew he was there. When lookinh at homes, his knowledge of homes and his advices helped us alot. Since we were first time home buyers we didnt know or think of what to ask or too look for. He took the initiative to help us understand a home and what to look out for. That I was grateful for. Noble Smith Realty is a one stop shop for your new home looking needs. He is truely a people person and I feel that anyone would be lucky to have him by your side when looking for your home.

I've known Noble for over 10 years and he has always been a stand up guy. About 4 years ago, I had had enough of the unbelievably high rental prices in Austin and decided to look into buying a home. I had mentioned this to him one night out and before I knew it, in my inbox, were several articles with tips for first time home buyers. However, at this time, my financial situation was not the greatest and I had all but relegated actually being able to afford a home to a pipe dream. Noble, the next day, put me in contact with the people who would eventually provide me my home loan. Together we came up with a game plan and I was off and running just like that. One thing that struck me, at this point in my journey, was that Noble never once pushed his services as a Realtor on me. He told me flat out, "I just want you to have the info you need. When you are ready to decide on a realtor, if you want to talk, give me a call and we will make it happen." Before we could do that however, I still needed to save for my down payment. To expedite the process, I moved in with family in El Paso about 12-13 hrs from the Central Texas Area I wanted to live in. After a year or so I was ready to actually find a house. Lets be honest everyone has a friend or family member who is a realtor, So I was forced to have some awkward conversations with them because after the experiences I had with Noble it was an easy choice and one I would not regret. During the home search process, Noble would always be on the look out for possibilities and reach out at least once a week. On more than one occasion, he drove an hr or more to get to a showing and then face-time me while he was there so that I could get a better feel for the houses we were looking at. After months of searching and more than a couple of near misses, I found my new home. About a week before I was set to sign the papers and move in I found out that my stepdad, who we had planned to drive the uhaul, had to be called away for business and would be unable to drive the truck. Noble didn't miss a beat. He offered to fly down, on his own dime, and drive the truck for me so that I would not be stuck driving a 16 foot uhaul, towing a car, with a hyperactive 90lbs Lab in the cabin for 13+ hr drive. Which you can imagine the nightmare that would have been. If that isn't going above and beyond I don't know what is. I truly believe that had it not been for Noble I would not be in the position I am now. Thank you Noble. I am forever grateful.

Noble was great. He’s super friendly and made the process easier than expected. This was our first home so we had a ton of questions. Noble was able to answer or at least point us to the right person for all of our concerns. I feel Noble went above and beyond what most realtors would do for their clients.

Would recommend Noble Smith 10/10.
He helped my wife and I buy our first home in 2018. I wanted to know all the details of the process and why certain things happen. He took the time to walk me through each step of the buying process, so I knew what was going on and what was coming up. There were no surprises or hidden closing costs, he prepared me all along the way.
He has great relationships with all his business partners when it comes to title companies, inspections, construction, electrical, etc. They jump through hoops for him, so he was able to get quick responses when we were in a pinch for time.
From the beginning when we started looking for homes, to buying, to needing home ownership advice, he has been there with clear and quick communication and then following up to make sure we’re good.
I would consider Noble Smith a friend and look forward to having him over for a backyard BBQ. I’m glad I chose to go with Noble Smith Realty and would recommend for a better home buying experience.

From time to time we have landlords who’s properties we manage and when they are ready to sell we recommend Noble Smith Realty! With every sale he has been very professional, reliable and sold the properties fast and for a great price. None of our landlords has had a complaint. Noble is very professional, personable, and an EXPERT at what he does. He was extremely flexible around my schedule, budget, and my "wish list". He didn't waste any time putting together a list of homes that checked all the boxes and we had an offer in on a home in the first week! Noble and his team made my home buying process nearly flawless. I would have never imagined such a hassle-free experience. He introduced me to the best lender, inspection company, and title company - a total package! He was always available to answer any questions I had very quickly, negotiated when he needed to make things happen, and eased any fears I had about the home-buying process as a whole.
