Noel Anderson

Working in Manhattan since the early ‘90s and well versed in property management, Noel brings a wealth of experience to his clients. Serving as an officer on a co-op board for more than 10 years, he understands the ins and outs of the real estate market and guides buyers through the challenging process. He's also familiar with city fire and building code, having served as Fire and Life Safety Director at a Fifth Avenue condominium for years, while working in business management at the same time.

With a varied background as a compliance and IT manager, immigration officer and scientific researcher, and years spent working abroad, Noel deals with complex issues on a daily basis. Applied to real estate transactions, these skills give Noel an edge that will benefit his clients.

Noel earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from Bates College. In his free time, he enjoys guitar and travel, and making the rounds with his family.
