Originally from the Midwest (graduate of St. Olaf College), Noelle has a true Midwestern work ethic- meaning you mean what you say, and you get the job done. Before real estate, she was a teacher with the nationally prestigious Teach for America, working in under-resourced schools in the Los Angeles area.
