We had a very limited time to find a house in Carlsbad. It’s an almost impossible task! Therefore, we created a routine of stopping at every open house in the area and introducing ourselves to the agents. Out of all the agents, Noelle was the only one who really listened and immediately started to take action. She offered us multiple options, started to send us regular listing updates, and took us everywhere without any delays. She is the most attentive, knowledgeable, and pleasant agent we have ever met. She truly goes above and beyond. When we found a house in need of renovations, she introduced us to the construction team who could do all the changes, and immediately arranged a meeting at the house to discuss the construction.
Ultimately, our lives took as to another country for a few years, but if we ever come back to San Diego area, we will work only with Noelle in search of our dream home.

I live in San Diego. However, I was referred to Noelle Ibrahim by a Florida realtor. I was having a hard time finding an apartment for my daughter that is attending
collage. Noelle got on it and within 24 hours, had a list of potential apartments. She then helped us with the documention process and dealing with the landlord. She made an otherwise frustrating situation flawless. I highly recommend Noelle Ibrahim, she is professional and thorough.
