Nolan Tooley

Nolan Tooley is a Santa Barbara native and commercial real estate expert specializing in sales and leasing of office, retail, and industrial property in Santa Barbara & Ventura Counties. He joined Hayes Commercial Group in 2022, following a successful tenure with Marcus & Millichap a leading firm specializing in commercial real estate sales where he was awarded M&M’s Rising Star Award and Emerging Core Award. Nolan excels in building long lasting relationships with his clients by understanding their objectives and making them his priority. He utilizes his focused determination, ambitious work ethic, and marketing skills to achieve his clients’ goals. As a trusted advisor, Nolan provides invaluable guidance including analysis, pricing and strategic planning to achieve optimal results.
