Noreen relocated from Ireland to the United States in 1989, making her home on the North Carolina coast for 28 years. During that time, she built a successful career in Community Economic Development with a concentration in Affordable Housing. In 2014, she activated her longstanding real estate license to engage more directly with clients and has since maintained strong relationships with buyers and sellers from Beaufort to Wilmington. Since moving to Raleigh in 2018, Noreen has focused her practice on the Raleigh, Durham, Cary, and surrounding counties. She has consistently been recognized as a multi-million dollar producer throughout her real estate career.
