Noreen Shanley

Noreen Shanley transitioned to a career in real estate sales after three decades as the co-owner and COO of a marketing company, as well as significant personal experience buying, selling, building, leasing, and investing in properties throughout the Chicago area. As a marketing professional and entrepreneur, Noreen developed strong client service and communication skills, as well as the ability to sell a wide range of products and services, talents which easily transferred to her work as a broker. She prides herself on being highly responsible with her clients' needs, working hard as their committed advocate through each step of their transaction. Noreen has joined @Properties as a member of the Aloisio-Shanley Realtor Group, alongside her sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Bob Aloisio. After 30 successful years together in marketing, she now enjoys working with their team helping real estate clients sell their houses or find their dream homes. Noreen specializes in residential properties of the city's northwest side and its surrounding suburbs, including Norwood Park, Park Ridge, Norridge, Harwood Heights, Edison Park, and the O'Hare region. Outside of her active real estate business, Noreen enjoys spending time in Wisconsin, boating and relaxing with her friends and family.
