Norma’s journey with real estate has mostly been self-taught. She's used her strong sales methods to project her forward from selling $1.5 Million her first year to $32 Million in year 5. She has become a market expert & believes in adding value to every transaction. Norma believes every transaction is different, every situation is different and deserves to be handled carefully and with value. She has successfully and sustainably built a real estate brokerage using the same methods she has consistently practiced since entering real estate in 2012.
Norma’s path started solid in Commercial Real Estate Property Management and leaped into representing investors in Sell/Buy transactions, adding tenant / landlord representation of leasing. The paving continued after Norma branched out to start CNP Management / CNP Realty Group on her own. Solidifying Property Management and all fascist of Commercial Real Estate she began to incorporate Residential into the fold. Today Norma’s Property Management and Brokerage house employs 10+ employees plus independent premier Real Estate Agents in 3 offices located in South Central Indiana.
Norma believes in giving back to communities, participating as well as educating. When she isn’t working, she enjoys time with family, vacationing with her husband Mark, spoiling her grandkids, but rest a sure her lap top is never far away.
