Highly recommended. In a sea of realtors, I can attest that Normalina is the one you want to work with. She assisted me with my first home purchase and will be selling another home for me soon. She is super patient and professional and knows the Central Florida area very well. Normalina priced our house just right and sold it 13 days and closed within another 30 days. More important was her time and determination to help our sale progress in a very timely manner. No doubt her ability to focus made us feel like a valued customer and this was an asset for us!!! Thank you Normalina. My past experiences with Normalina as my real estate agent were tremendous. When I decided to look for my first significant property in the Orlando area I was referred to her, and I am thankful that I followed through. Normalina was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. It is not an overstatement to say that I would not have consummated the search without her as a partner. She was my eyes and ears to ensure that my property (new construction) was finished to the promises of the builder and she single handedly negotiated a superb final offer. Normalina took a very stressful scenario and took much of the burden on her back and off of me. I have, and will always, highly recommended Normalina as THE real estate professional to work with on the buy or sell side.
