About Norman

Since 1999 being a Realtor has been an important part of my life, as has been been being married for 29 years, being an Opa to two beautiful grandkids, as well as a being a member of Kiwanis as well as a Lion. Throughout my life, no matter my occupation, it has always been more about being of service within my community and developing lasting relationships within that community. My real estate clients, my friends and family, and my community are all extremely important to me and have become part of the fabric of who I am as your Realtor.

I have known Norm for many years, and he is always on top of things when it comes to buying or selling real estate. He is a great agent, and I would highly recommend him. But, on top of all of that, he is just a genuine, great guy.

If you are interested in finding your dream location in Northern Oregon then Norm Rice is the man you need to connect with hands down! Norm Rice is an example of upmost professionalism in every possible way. Earlier this year I contacted Norm regarding the housing & areas I was considering along the OR northern coast. I currently live in the California central valley and wish to relocate north to OR. His knowledge of the area and availability of properties is amazing.

Norm was recommended to me by a mutual friend and he went far above and beyond my expectations, including spending a great deal of time drving us around the fabulous OR coast to view possible locations and properties. His attention to detail and your specific wants and needs is excellent - he listens to you!

Norm's expertice, interest and consideration of what I am seeking was and remains, phenomenal. Although the C-19 pandemic has halted my quest for the time being, Norm stays in contact and we shall continue the search for my dream location in north coast OR in the future.
