He had a great customer Service approach all the way to the end. He was prompt and gave a lot of wisdom and he was for the client all the way. I will definitely from a scale of 1 to 10 give him beyond the 10 and will highly recommend him everywhere when the opportunity presents itself. If i had it to do over again i will know that Norman is the agent for me. Thank you Norman!!!! My husband thanks you too!!!!!

5 Star review from Zillow.com by Nick I realize that most people give their realtors all 5's to get this review over with, but it is a different story when it comes to Norman. I'll stick to the points to make this readable. Norman was approachable from the first email. It doesn't matter if you are an email, phone, or texting person because he does whatever is most convenient for you. I cannot express how fantastic it was to find someone who quickly responded to my questions. Even if he didn't know the answer offhand, he would find it for you. Looking at houses was comfortable because Norman is not a realtor solely looking to place you in a house for a quick sale. He levels with you when you are in a house and is not about to sell you a dump. It was a much more relaxing process than I would have imagined. Finally, the closing processes was made easy as any question I had was promptly answered not to mention we visited the home several times before the official closing. Summary? Sure. Norman is an excellent realtor who embraces working with you at every level of the home buying process. But more importantly, to me at least, is that you are able to talk to him about your potential homes and options and get real answers. Just want to say thanks, Norman
