Where do I begin?
Ok - first off I’m native Japanese, Nozomi is native Japanese which is great for me because it was super easy to talk to her.
That said, she had amazing communication with my husband who’s American and doesn’t speak any Japanese.
So let me say…… Nozomi is extremely patient, thoughtful and sincere.
I really liked hearing her suggestions, while we visited many homes. She was always mindful of our budget and for San Francisco standards it wasn’t a lot, but that never bothered her.
We’d even look at homes outside our budget just to set our expectations which is super helpful.
You almost have to do that.
In the end, her knowledge brought us back to what mattered the most, which was meeting our minimum requirements (2 BR 2 bath w/ parking) so she never wavered.
She always stuck with us. In the end, we found a property we liked, consulted her, came up with an offer that we thought was reasonable and it was accepted.
Now we’re living in our new home that we absolutely adore and love all because of her support. She is top notch. Domo Arigato, Nozomi-san!

Nozomi is everything you want in an agent. Professional, attentive, prompt, punctual and overall a team player. She comes in with suggestions, has a good nose for the market, yet is willing to take your input, take your feedback, adjust and work with you throughout the entire process. She is super patient and very understanding as she was with us every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend her more and couldn’t be happier with our new home which we closed with her.
