I’ve never purchased a home before, but I was clear w/my husband about what kind of realtor I wanted to work with. Oba Tshaka was just what I asked for! Detailed-oriented, informative, responsive, pro-active, and most importantly, professional!! Also, if you want someone that knows the valley, has seen it develop, and can help orient you (particularly if you’re new to the area), then Oba’s your realtor. I know we weren’t his only clients, but he sure did make us feel like we were his only clients. I’m looking forward to connecting Oba w/my network! Much appreciative for his service and his dedication to helping us find our new home.
