He is also so kind and not a bully or know it all that makes you feel insecure about your decisions. He is a true professional and you will not be disappointed if you chose him to be your realtor!! I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Octavio for a few years now. When COVID handed him lemons he made lemonade! He went from former boss to realtor and I can’t imagine going through this journey with anyone else.
He was patient and guided me throughout. He stayed on listings and as soon as one appeared he was reaching out to set up a wall through. He offered guidance and caution when needed. As a first time home buyer that was so appreciated!
He answered calls and texts and wanted to make sure i found THE home, not a home just to make his cut. And when my now home came on the market, he knew before I did because he has taken the time to know what was important in a home throughout the process.
Could not recommend Octavio more!!! Thank you!!
