Odil has over 20 years of real esate experience in multiple states including Arizona, Colorado, Hawai’i, Virginia, and Massachusetts. She is currently licensed in Arizona and Colorado, serving clients in both states, in the Phoenix and Denver metropolitan areas. Having been an agent, buyer, seller, investor, landlord, tenant, and property manager herself, Odil also has a deep understanding of the specific needs of different types of clients.

With decades of experience serving clients in industries as varied as real estate, international project management, environmental policy, and healthcare skills training, Odil is a consummate global professional. Among the positions she held, Odil was formerly a World Bank official based in Washington DC. She has served public sector clients around the world, worked with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds, and speaks multiple languages.

Odil considers herself fortunate to have had rich life experiences, and as a result, can relate to clients in different phases of life. Her professional 'home" in Colorado is West + Main Homes, a thriving boutique brokerage with deep local roots that has now expanded into Oregon, Minnesota, North Carolina, Oklahoma, with potential for further growth.
