From the first day I called Mr. Ogie to indicate my interest in buying a property, he never stopped working tirelessly until escrow closed a few months down the road. Regardless of the obstacles along the way and the Covid-19 pandemic induced delays, the entire process came to a happy end. There was a time I thought we will no longer proceed because escrow had been extended twice and the third time was becoming obvious due funding issues, but Mr. Ogie kept encouraging all parties to have faith that everything will be fine. He never seized sending out emails and phone calls updating everyone on the situation of things. He renders a professional service to his clients that I consider next to none. Frankly, he’s an honest, transparent, and compassionate Realtor.
