We kept finding ourselves circling a particular listing and Olaf is the realtor. He set up a time to show the same day and was very kind and honest from the start about the whole process. He showed us the home and I told him we do not have a active realtor we are working with and he handed me his card and said “you do now” I feel like we are in super good hands with Olaf and are happy to be working with him. Even if we don’t purchase said house we viewed with him, we are looking forward to working with Olaf.

Olaf helped us land a house in a very busy market! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and history. He gave us excellent advice during heated bidding wars and happily answered all of our questions no matter how repetitive and mundane. It seemed like he knew everybody, had good relationships with other agents, and always had deeper information about the property or deal to offer. He stuck with us through 7 high stress offers over asking and helped adjust our tactics to finally land our house for the best deal of the bunch! We continue to be pleased with our choice and feel it was meant to be. Thanks Olaf!
