Oleg joined Engel & Völkers in 2025, bringing with him over a decade of diverse real estate experience across Canada and the United States. He began his career in 2012 working with a group of real estate investors in Toronto, focusing primarily on multifamily developments. Early on, Oleg specialized in luxury residential real estate in Toronto before transitioning to commercial real estate with ReMax Professionals in Western Canada. He holds residential, rural, and commercial real estate licenses in Canada.
During his tenure with ReMax Commercial, Oleg successfully executed numerous transactions across multifamily, land assembly, retail, and industrial sectors. After relocating to the United States in early 2017, he obtained his California commercial real estate license and joined NAI Northern California, where he advised clients on net lease investment strategies. In October 2018, he joined Compass Commercial, further expanding his expertise in the U.S. market.
Oleg is a former committee member of the Calgary Real Estate Board and the Calgary Chamber of Commerce, and he remains an active member of SFAR and NAR. Outside of work, he enjoys practicing judo and boxing—his long-time hobbies—and exploring San Francisco and its surroundings with his wife, Mariya.
