Olen joins Intempus as an experienced property manager with a seasoned background in real estate, leasing, and customer service. Olen has lead the Intempus Leasing Department for the last 3 years with great success, including managing and scheduling his own top-notch staff of showing assistants. Olen is knowledgeable in lease negotiation, tenant retention, and the hot Silicon Valley housing and rental market. Olen ful?lled a career milestone by completing the requirements to become a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.

Born in the California Bay Area, Olen has spent his entire life in the region that he now specializes in. Combining his client relations background, business knowledge, and real estate experience with a sincere dedication to his clients, Olen brings a unique value proposition to any real estate transaction.

Olen is af?liated with the National Association of Realtors (NAR), as well as the California Association of Realtors (CAR). He received his B.A. in Business Administration in 2014.Olen’s interests include spending quality time with his family, cheering for local sports teams, experiencing new restaurants and traveling to new places.
