3 years ago-Olga did a great job helping my wife and me find our first vacation home. We have friends who vacation in Laguna Vista and they recommended Olga as someone who could help us find just what we were looking for. The first house we wanted was already under contract so she got to work and soon had a comparable home in the same area that fit our wants and needs.

After closing on the property we were not able to immediately get to Laguna Vista so Olga helped us get our internet service and other utilities lined up. We are now in the process of putting our property in the rental pool and she has been helpful in that process as well. We contacted several agents who had listings we were interested in. Olga was one of the only agents to respond to emails and after a phone call she set us up to receive listings on available properties. I found a few we were interested in, let her know when we would be in town and asked her to show us what was available. She got us in, explained the pro's and con's of each and gave us space to talk about it. Dh3 also showed us some we hadn't selected but that would fit our criteria. After making the decision to move and sale our family home we were having problems finding a property in the SPI area. Property was moving quickly and we needed an agent who knew the area and moved fast. Olga is the best. Her pride and professionalism is beyond reproach. My real estate transaction was conducted from 1800 miles away as I live on the East Coast. Olga handled everything from home inspection to the walk through before settlement. Her knowledge of the local area and contractors for renovations made the purchasing and renovation process very stress free. She definitely went above and beyond the job description of Realtor. Olga is the best and most responsive realtor I have ever used, and will be the only Realtor I use in the future. I work in customer service myself and am not easily impressed. Olga, in today’s world, defines the term “customer service”. She will WOW you.

Olga did such a wonderful job listing and selling my house in Laguna Vista! Great support and always available for a phone call. I called her on Sunday one time, not realizing what day it was, and she not only answered but made me feel special by being so attentive. When we decide to sell this house we will definitely be listing it with Olga and RE/MAX.
