Olivia was very kind, considerate and knowledgeable through out the whole process of my sister selling her house. Because my sister was experiencing health issues, Olivia gave her options as to how to sell her house considering the circumstances. She also arranged for a notary to come by the house to sign the escrow documents and made sure that the escrow process went smoothly so my sister could spend her time packing instead of worrying about the details of the sale. Olivia kept us updated each step of the way and was prompt in answering our questions. We are very grateful that Olivia represented us and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Olivia took over our house hunting process after we began working with another realtor. Though the primary realtor continued to oversee the process, Olivia became our principal point of contact. I am so grateful for her involvement! I truly appreciate who she is as a professional and believe she blows everyone else out of the water in terms of her attention to detail and organizational skills. I say that having interacted with several entities who presented me with documents that contained typos and misinformation, were not very responsive, and were often discourteous (other realtors, the lending company, and escrow) throughout our months' long process of purchasing a home. Olivia was the breath of fresh air we needed to keep us in the game. She was extremely on top of sending us relevant listings throughout the day (yes, I said day, not days or weeks) given our criteria, was always in contact with us, and worked incessantly to make sure we got into a home. She was always kind and patient in our exchanges and made the effort to meet us at all the listings she set up so that we had the benefit of her advisement with each house we viewed. She was the most well organized and meticulous, and had our affairs together from the moment she stepped into our process. Having experienced this first-hand, I was able to take a break from pouring over other people's errors and know that I could trust her detailed skillset to pursue my best interests, and draft and review documents correctly- as should be expected from professionals. I take pride in my own professionalism and often have high standards for those with whom I engage professionally. Olivia did not disappoint. I'm not being hyperbolic - these statements accurately reflect my experience with her. She earned my trust quickly, and delivered a truly awesome service. Olivia is a supreme realtor and her future clients are lucky to have her!
