It took us three years to buy our home. As first time home buyers we were very trepidatious and somewhat hesitant to make the decision to purchase. During that time we went in and out of working with Omar and never once did we feel rushed or pressured to buy something we didn’t absolutely love.

Omar is smart, responsive and very knowledgeable about the home buying process. At every step he made certain we were well informed and felt comfortable with the way forward; and for this we are so grateful. Omar came as a recommendation to us and - given our experience - we whole heartedly recommend him to other buyers as well.

Omar has been an instrumental partner in helping my wife and I buy our first home. We started looking at homes back in June and Omar was the very first and only broker we worked with! Omar was a phenomenal real estate agent! Our situation was unique in that we were making a purchase from out of state, 2500+ miles away under a compressed timeline. Omar complemented our urgency and matched our speed, while also providing keen insight about the market, the area, and the best strategy for buying our new home. Given our distance, we were unable to be present for the inspections or walk throughs, so Omar handled everything and always relayed detailed feedback promptly. Where do I start? Omar Harper is not only a professional Real estate agent, he is absolutely THE best agent I have encountered. My husband and I were looking for a home to fit the needs of our blended family. Omar was courteous, patient, always exuberant, and had an answer for us whenever we had a question. There were times when I became very anxious and frustrated with the whole home buying process. Omar was there every step of the way to reassure my husband I that we would be just fine. I didn’t know who I was going to select as a Realtor for my home search, being a first-time home buyer and not understanding the process. After searching for homes I came across the photo of Omar Harper and decided that he would be the Realtor that I wanted to work with in my home search. I don’t even know where to begin when describing how very grateful I am to have Omar Harper as my realtor! I currently lived in my apartment for 5 years and one day my new landlord decides to evict me with no reason! On top of that it was the middle of the winter and he gave me only 1 month too find someplace too live! I didn’t know what to do, so I searched online for a realtor and came across Omar’s ad online and contacted him. It was a blessing. Not only did he make himself available with his busy schedule but he took every question I had day or night without hesitation. We looked at close to 30 properties in about a month. Omar was absolutely amazing, (and EXTREMELY patient). Not only was he able to work around mine and my husband's odd schedule, setting up showing's late or on weekends as needed, but he took the time to really understand what type of home we were looking for. He did an amazing job of explaining the process and connecting us with with others for services we needed. Omar was SO helpful with assisting me (and my daughter) find the perfect home for us. It took time for me to actually LOVE the house i eventually found. Omar was patient and guided me through the process. He showed me the spectrum of different types of housing (condos, multifamily, single family) until I found what was right for me. He hd his broker explain numbers to me and worked quickly to get me what was needed to seal the deal. He’s awesome with my daughter and was overall pleasant atart to finish.
