Don't look any further!! Elvys is your guy. On the FIRST open house we got a buyer and closed. We were impressed on his ability to create the right opportunities to sell the house. His visions of what we needed to fix before we posted the property and epic pictures of the house just took our sales value up a notch above the rest at a minimum cost to our pocket. It was such a smooth and worry free process because he took care of all the details for us. He even stepped in to do minor handyman work when ours was too sick to go. He definitely saved our day for the walk through. He gave me excellent tips on how to stage my house and how to prepare the house for showings. I had an offer a couple of weeks after the house was on the market. Honestly, the most seamless, best experience selling a home ever. He advised me to be ready in a weeks time as it would sell quick but I had my doubts. 4 days later to the day the house was SOLD! We were in shock. Orelvys explained everything in detail and was speaking with son a daily basis providing us updates on everything. I will definitely call him and refer him to anyone who is interested in purchasing or selling a home.

It all started with a call and ended up being a friendship. Thank you for everything you did for us. I wish I could give more stars but 5 is the limit.
