Osama helped me with 3 different transactions (both primary and investment properties) over the course of 3 years, It was a big pleasure working with him: Osama pays a lot of attention to details and I felt that he was always on my side: e.g. he recommended me to walk away from one transaction when some new data came up pointing to the possibility of the long term risks associated with this purchase.
