A friend of mine recommended Oscar as a realtor because my wife and I were interested in buying an investment home in the Phoenix area. We went to Phoenix in Oct. 2014 and contacted Oscar. He took the time to drive us around the Phoenix area, show us different places and we found a place that we loved that we are going to call our retirement home in the future. Oscar also helped us with all the requirements that we needed as Canadians to get a mortgage in the US. If I decide to buy another house I'll definitely look for Oscar, and if somebody is looking to buy or sell a house I think Oscar can provide you not only with the real estate service but also a bunch of other tips for the overall process.
